Furthermore, please read the Returns and Refunds if you intend to place an order.  If you have any queries about our Terms and Conditions then please contact us before you place an order or use the website.  If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions then please do not use the website interactively or place an order.  These Terms and Conditions may be updated without direct notification to you, but the changes will appear on the website.  Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received but where an order has already been confirmed we will be bound by the Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the order confirmation e-mail.

Natural Materials

Many of the components used within the designs are made from natural materials such as semi-precious stones, pearls, shell, wood etc.  Materials that are made by nature will vary so each item may have different markings, colour intensity or clarity.  Each piece of jewellery is individually created and the components used are colour matched as much as possible but will differ from piece to piece, and may differ from pictures seen on the website.  Where sets are bought, marking and colour matching between pieces will be made so that they are as close to each other as possible.

Product Care

Many of the natural materials used in the designs are fragile and can break or chip if dropped, so it is recommended that they are stored and handled with care.  Overtime the items may require cleaning, please contact us when purchasing the item if you wish to know the best way to store and clean the product.

Many metals tarnish overtime, so polishing regularly with the correct polishing method is recommended to maintain the metal lustre.  Please contact us when purchasing the item if you wish to know the preferred cleaning process to use so as to maintain the item at its best.

Re-stringing and Repairs

O3zone beaded jewellery will need to be restrung periodically depending on the frequency of wear.  For example, an item worn every day may need re-stringing after about 1-2 years depending on the weight of the beads and/or type of beads use in the item.  We will re-string unbroken O3zone beaded jewellery for a reasonable price to keep your items in good condition of wear.

We are able to do certain repairs and re-stringing (intact and loose beads) of O3zone and other jewellery makes but any repairs are assessed and a price given and agreed prior to any work being done.

Please do not send any repairs to us until you have contacted us and we have agreed for the items to be sent to us for assessment.  This agreement will be in the form of an e-mail sent to you from us.  Any items sent to us with no e-mail for agreement will not be assessed, repaired or returned.

O3zone jewellery can be purchased directly online, or via retail outlets eg shops and directly from us at craft fairs and wedding fairs.  Some examples of the current collections are shown on the website galleries but if you would like to know more about the products or would like a bespoke piece made then please Contact Us.  If you see a picture of a design in one of our galleries that you are interested in but it is not available through the online shop then please Contact Us with your requirements, detailing the product description in your correspondence.

Payment and Delivery

Where products are delivered by hand to the customer, payment is required on receipt of the products.  If products have been ordered personally (for example at a craft fair), and are to be sent to a customer by post then payment is required before items are dispatched.  The cost of postage and packaging will be included in the agreed price.

Our prices are in GB Pounds.  If you order form the website online shop from outside the UK you will be billed in GB pounds, so please be aware that currency fluctuations and credit card costs will effect the final amount that you pay.  If you buy online additional delivery costs are added to the order; these are clearly detailed at the checkout.

The items that you have ordered will be delivered to the address that you supply at the time of ordering.  Please check the delivery details before pressing the confirm button.  Items are sent via Royal Mail second class parcel and require a signature upon receipt of the goods when they are delivered to the specified delivery address.  If items are dispatched to destinations outside of the UK then we cannot be responsible for the actions of local customs authorities and you will be responsible for payment of any additional costs such as import duties and/or taxes.

You will become the owner of the items once they have been delivered, they will then be held at you own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
